Clean and Jerk/Front Squat Complex

Perform 1 Squat Clean, 2 Front Squats, 1 Split Jerk without dropping the bar between moves. If unable to squat clean, perform an extra front squat
Every 1:30 for 6 sets, perform 1 rep of complex, start at 50% and increase weight if capable
