Class Schedule & Membership Rates

Classes will start with a warm-up which consists of the some following exercises: dynamic stretch, line drills, light individual  or group stretch, agility ladder, run, row, jumping rope, or PVC pipe technique drills.  After the completion of the  warm-up, the WOD, or workout of the day,  will follow.  WOD’s usually don’t take any longer than 15-20 minutes.  So you’re in and out in less than an hour AND get the best workout of your life!  You can’t beat that!

Monday: 6A, 9A, 10A,  5P, 6P, 7P
Tuesday: 6A, 9A, 10A,  5P, 6P, 7P
Wednesday: 6A, 9A, 10A,  5P, 6P, 7P
Thursday: 6A, 9A, 10A,  5P, 6P, 7P
Friday: 6A, 9A, 10A, 5P, 6P, 7P
Saturday: 10A (Group WOD)
Sunday: 10A open gym hour

***Sunday 10A class is an “open gym environment”. During this time there will be minimal coaching and members will be allowed to do the daily WOD or work on whatever you choose, whether it be different lifts, exercises, or WODs you missed during the week.***

We encourage anyone thinking about joining to please come in and try CrossFit out for FREE before deciding whether or not to sign up.

How much does it cost?

Any person deciding to sign up that does not have any prior CrossFit experience must first go through our FREE 2-hr ONRAMP or intro class to CrossFit.   Most CrossFit gym charges anywhere between $75-$250 for an ONRAMP.  During this time you will have a one-on-one session with a trainer.  You will review and drill several movements, Olympic lifts, power lifts, exercises, and various forms of cardio conditioning.  ONRAMPs will only be offered on Saturdays or Sundays. This is required for ALL new members.  This class is provided to assure you familiarization with Olympic lifts, Power lifts, and other CrossFit specific exercises we perform on a daily basis.  This will also assure that you don’t get injured from performing a lift or exercise the wrong way.  If you’re coming from another CrossFit gym we will also make sure you’re proficient in these lifts as well.  ONRAMPs will only be offered on weekends.

Unlimited Classes:

This option gives you excess to all of our weekly CrossFit classes, Weight Lifting seminars, Olympic and Power Lifting classes, nutrition seminars, etc.
